Shameful, letting his guard down, confusing, these are just some of the words that papers around the world used to describe President Obama’s decision to scrap a missile defense shield for the Czech Republic and Poland. The news comes on the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Unions invasion of Poland.
Moscow welcomed the news of Obama’s capitulation while NATO allies Poland and Czech Republic were left shocked and betrayed. No word on whether Obama intends to disarm the United States next.
