Clay Aiken faces the music in front of the election board

1

The Wake County Board of Elections is meeting shortly to examine a complaint questioning Aiken’s voter registration in the county. It’s unclear if he’ll attend.   A decision will be made whether Clay Aiken should face  the music and voted off.

As much as I would like to attend this hearing, I have decided to have my close ally,  Claude Pope, articulate my views and ensure that the Constitution is upheld.

I also trust that Board director Cherie Poucher will correctly decide if there’s enough evidence for a full-blown investigation.  I think Clay’s recent blog provides that.
