I’ve said it a hundred times, liberals are some of the dumbest creatures on the face of the Earth. Democrat Congressman Pete Stark appears literally clueless as an articulate constituent asks him a very clear question. At first, he attempts to use circumlocution to avoid the question, but when stopped by the constituent, he then tells her that the “government can do almost anything it wants”.
