I know there’s a lot to talk about and I’ve been AWOL; I apologize. I’ve been inundated with work. In this economy, I’m one of the fortunate few so I’m not complaining.
First, let’s talk about this “global warming”- I’m freezing my butt off. Where’s that global warming? I know, I know- no need to parrot the same liberal line “all the record cold weather is related to global warming. Ha! So much for melting polar ice caps and polar bears without a floating iceberg.
Obama and the Democrats have caved… the Bush tax cuts are getting extended. Liberals are having a fit that their liberal icon has acquiesced to the Republicans.
Democrats are complaining that Obama isn’t demonstrating any leadership and has been absent. Seriously? It took them two years to come up with this conclusion?
A federal judge has ruled that the Obama health-care is unconstitutional. Of course it is. Obama has pledged a fight. No one disagrees that this issue will be heard by the Supreme Court.
Move over ‘American Idol’, NBC is taking on the Idol with it’s own version, ‘The Voice of America’. In a very aggressive move, the show will premiere this spring — getting the jump on X Factor(which launches next fall) and potentially even facing Idol head to head.
Have you checked out gas prices at the pump? When Obama took over as President in January of 2009, the average for a gallon of regular unleaded was $1.88. Today, the average is approaching $3.00… and those are the fuel prices in a weak global economy.
