Oil prices rise over $100 a barrel

Has anyone seen oil prices- they’re above $100 a barrel.  The other day I had to fill up and I paid $3.55 a gallon for premium- I haven’t paid those prices since the days after Katrina hit New Orleans.

Most of you recall… unless you’re a Democrat and have conveniently forgotten… when Bush was President the liberals were up in arms about oil prices.  Of course, the world economy was booming and unemployment in the US was 4.7%, still I could get a gallon of gas for under $2.50.  What’s the excuse under Obama?  Where’s the outrage?  Summer isn’t even here when historically the price of a gallon of gas typically rises.

If we are already above $3.00 for a gallon of gas, where will we be in the Summer?  Where will we be if the world economy improves?  Where will we be if there is turmoil in the Middle East?  Where will we be if another hurricane disrupts oil and natural gas flows?

Can someone, anyone, tell me what Obama has done as president to solve any of our pending crisis?  Whether it be the economy, Iran, North Korea, terrorism, oil prices, illegal immigration, social security, the national debt, foreclosures, unemployment, rise in health-care prices… he’s done nothing- well, with the exception of making matter worse.
