Appalled, insulted, and disgusted… those are just a few of the words to describe how I feel after listening to Obama’s speech today. Who is he to tell Israel that they must give up land that they won in the 1967 war. Should we cede land to Spain? To Mexico? To the British?
I’m downright irate, to be perfectly honest, and I hope my Jewish friends are just as pissed off as I am. This is how Obama rewards our most loyal ally in the region? This is nothing more than a bid to appeal to the growing Muslim population in an effort to capitalize on their campaign contributions. It’s no secret that during the past few years financial support from Jewish backers has been waning. Rather than trying to rebuild that support Obama has decided to make a choice and gamble on Muslim support. His gamble will prove costly.
On behalf of my shameful and embarrassing President, I personally apologize to the Israeli people. I want you to know, with your support, we only have 19 more months of his failed leadership and erratic foreign policy.
