The United States government had won its case against Black Panther, King Samir Shabaz for intimidating voter in November of 2008. The government was reading for sentencing when, under the new administration’s new Attorney General, Eric Holder, the case was mysteriously dropped.

This video, when watch from start to finish, shows King Samir Shabaz calling for the killing of White children- this is the man that Obama and his administration decided to excuse. These are the people that Democrats and Obama defend. The question you must ask yourself is why?

So much going on in the news today. Let’s see, we have Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, who demands businesses be honest, lying to about his military record. Blumenthal, a Democrat, is hoping to pick up the Senate seat being vacated by another liar and crooked, Democrat Chris Dodd, told a group, “We have learned something important since the days that I served in Vietnam”. Problem is, he never served in Vietnam. In fact, He obtained at least five military deferments from 1965 to 1970 and took repeated steps that enabled him to avoid going to war, according to records.

The deferments allowed Mr. Blumenthal to complete his studies at Harvard; pursue a graduate fellowship in England; serve as a special assistant to The Washington Post’s publisher, Katharine Graham; and ultimately take a job in the Nixon White House.

In 1970, with his last deferment in jeopardy, he landed a coveted spot in the Marine Reserve, which virtually guaranteed that he would not be sent to Vietnam. He joined a unit in Washington that conducted drills and other exercises and focused on local projects, like fixing a campground and organizing a Toys for Tots drive.

If Blumenthal can’t be trusted to be honest about his military record, how can Connecticut voters trust him to be their Senator?

+++++

Can I have another “I told you so moment”? Texas doctors are opting out of Medicare at alarming rates, frustrated by reimbursement cuts they say make participation in government-funded care of seniors unaffordable.

Two years after a survey found nearly half of Texas doctors weren’t taking some new Medicare patients, new data shows 100 to 200 a year are now ending all involvement with the program. Before 2007, the number of doctors opting out averaged less than a handful a year.

“This new data shows the Medicare system is beginning to implode,” said Dr. Susan Bailey, president of the Texas Medical Association. “If Congress doesn’t fix Medicare soon, there’ll be more and more doctors dropping out and Congress’ promise to provide medical care to seniors will be broken.”

More than 300 doctors have dropped the program in the last two years, including 50 in the first three months of 2010, according to data compiled by the Houston Chronicle. Texas Medical Association officials, who conducted the 2008 survey, said the numbers far exceeded their assumptions.

+++++

You got to love it when Liberals like Obama, Holder, and others negatively comment on a Bill that they haven’t read. In the latest, Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano admits she hasn’t read the Arizona immigration law, but passed judgment on it anyway. “That’s not the kind of law I would have signed,” she declared. “I believe it’s a bad law enforcement law. I believe it mandates and requires local enforcement and puts them in a position many do not want to be placed in,” Napolitano said. “When I was dealing with laws of that ilk, most of the law enforcement agencies in Arizona at that time were opposed to such legislation,” she claimed. Word of advice, if you haven’t read the Bill, keep you liberal mouth shut so your parrots don’t repeat the same lies you’re spewing.

It only took the Obama Administration 17 months to slowly back off its failed policy of reading Miranda Rights to terrorist and move closer to the Bush Administration’s way of dealing with them. The Obama administration said Sunday it would seek a law allowing investigators to interrogate terrorism suspects without informing them of their rights, as Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. flatly asserted that the defendant in the Times Square bombing attempt was trained by the Taliban in Pakistan.

Mr. Holder proposed carving out a broad new exception to the Miranda rights established in a landmark 1966 Supreme Court ruling. It generally forbids prosecutors from using as evidence statements made before suspects have been warned that they have a right to remain silent and to consult a lawyer. He said interrogators needed greater flexibility to question terrorism suspects than is provided by existing exceptions.

This is the same administration that promised to close Gitmo after years of criticizing Bush for housing terrorist there and yet, it remains open 17 months later. Where are the outraged liberal groups and their calls for “abiding by the rule of law” or how “the world will perceive us”. Let’s be honest, for liberals, its the rule of hypocrisy.

Yesterday Fox News reported that federal officials had identified a person of interest and last night that person, Faisal Shahzad of Shelton, Conn, was arrested at JFK attempting to flee the country. Shahzad is a naturalized citizen trained in Pakistan for 4 months.

Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, gave his insight, “it was clear that the intent behind this terrorist act was to kill Americans.” Uh, no sh*t Sherlock. What the h*ll else do you think this was- an early New Year’s celebration in Times Square?

We can anticipate how this will play out. The media will do its very best to limit the words, “terrorist”, “muslim”, or “Islamic”. The Obama administration will immediately read this terrorist his Miranda Rights, provide him with a taxpayer attorney, and will reinterate that Islam is a religion of peace. Obama will point the quick response of citizens and officials in responding… while ignoring mention of how in the h*ll this guy was able to drive into New York with a bomb that fortunately failed to detonate.

From the Washington Post:

A 30-year-old American immigrant from Pakistan was taken off a plane bound for Dubai late Monday at John F. Kennedy International Airport and arrested in connection with a failed attempt to detonate a car bomb in Times Square, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. announced.

Authorities said Faisal Shahzad of Shelton, Conn., had paid cash for a Nissan Pathfinder that was found packed with explosives Saturday night on a tourist-crowded block in Midtown Manhattan. The vehicle was set ablaze but failed to detonate.

Officials located Shahzad after a sweeping two-day investigation that yielded what senior Obama administration officials described as a flood of international and domestic clues suggesting a plot involving more than one person.

A U.S. official said tracing the origin of the Pathfinder was a crucial part of the investigation. Shahzad bought the vehicle through an Internet listing. He gave the seller a fake name, but an e-mail from the transaction included a phone number that was from a disposable cellphone. Extrapolating from telephone records, authorities found Shahzad and confirmed his identity with the seller, the official said.

Shahzad was apprehended aboard Emirates Flight 202. His final destination was Pakistan, a U.S. official said. Shahzad been in Pakistan for several months in 2009, returning in February 2010, the official said.

The Obama administration has been tight lipped about this, but CBN News has learned that five Muslim soldiers were arrested shortly before Christmas. The five Muslim men are suspected of trying to poison the food supply at Fort Jackson. Of course this administration kept this quiet. They don’t want to be seen as being weak on terrorism despite O’Biden’s claims that they are doing a better job than the previous administration.

CBN News:

CBN News has learned exclusively that five Muslim soldiers at Fort Jackson in South Carolina were arrested just before Christmas. It is unclear whether the men are still in custody. The five were part of the Arabic Translation program at the base.

Patrick Jones, the Deputy Public Affairs Officer for Fort Jackson, confirmed for CBN News Thursday afternoon that an investigation was ongoing.

Prior to this posting, CBN News learned that these details were also confirmed by a government official with knowledge of the investigation.

The men are suspected of trying to poison the food supply at Fort Jackson.

A source with intimate knowledge of the investigation, which is ongoing, told CBN News investigators suspect the “Fort Jackson Five” may have been in contact with the group of five Washington, D.C., area Muslims that traveled to Pakistan to wage jihad against U.S. troops in December. That group was arrested by Pakistani authorities, also just before Christmas.

Coming as it does on the heels of November’s Fort Hood jihadist massacre, this news could have major implications.

Perhaps someone will tell Attorney General Eric Holder and the President that we are at war especially when are soldiers become targets.

The 5 Americans being held alleged they were subjected to electric shock and other torture methods by the FBI.

As the Americans were being driven to a court, one of the men threw a tissue to a reporter with the following message written:

“Since our arrest, the U.S. FBI and Pakistani police have tortured us,” read the message. “They are trying to set us up. We are innocent. They are trying to keep us away from public, media and families and lawyers. Help us.”

Defense lawyer Tariq Asad said one suspect told the judge that the police gave them electric shocks and warned them not to mention the alleged torture to the media or court. The suspect, Ramy Zamzam, said police threatened to destroy their passports and their lives.

Attorney General Eric Holder has been investigating CIA agents who, under the Bush administration, used enhanced interrogation methods authorized by the Justice Department immediately after 9-11. Obama, who has pledged an end of torture, has ordered the closing of Guantanamo Bay prison camps in an effort to improve the US image overseas. The FBI has denied allegations that they are involved with torturing Americans.

1. Liberals were having fits when some of us called Nidal Malik Hasan’s actions terrorism. In fact, some accused us of being racists or bigots for even floating the idea that Nidal’s actions were terrorism. How dare we accuse a Muslim of terrorism when there are so many law abiding Muslims in this country. But reality is that it was liberals who saw this man’s religion as a reason for our pointing out that this might be a terrorist act. We sensible thinking Americans only needed to read about Hasan’s opposition to the war and his calling for people to strap on bombs in Time Square to make an educated assumption that his actions on Fort Hood could be a terrorist act. Well now ABC reports that U.S. intelligence agencies were aware months ago that Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan was attempting to make contact with people associated with al Qaeda. SURPRISE!!! Not.

2. And it should come as no surprise that Attorney General Eric Holder plans on giving the keynote speech at the Muslim civil rights group, CAIR. Yes, CAIR, which supports the terrorist group HAMAS that is been responsible for thousands of Israel deaths, will have the honor of having the Attorney General has their speaker. I guess no one has told Mr. Holder that the agency he’s responsible for has a ban on CAIR. Then again, I don’t think he really cares. Maybe he can brag how he’s investigating our brave CIA agents and get a standing ovation for it.

3. Democrats in New York are shaking in their shoes after Governor Patterson demanded cuts in education and at hospitals before year end. You see, when Republicans tried to educate these liberals about raising taxes on the rich, explaining that it would decrease revenue by causing the rich to flee the state, Democrats refused to listen. Guess what? As Reverend Wright would say, “the chickens have come home to roost”.

4. Obama’s faux review to decide whether or not to send more troops to Afghanistan is complete with the President deciding to provide most of what his General requested. I write “faux”, because many Washington insiders predicted that the President would authorize more troops to Afghanistan within two weeks of last Tuesday’s election. Politics seems to be at play here. Insiders say that the President didn’t want to upset his liberal base and was hoping to keep their support solid leading up to Tuesday’s election.

5. And to address a few comments left on my blog. As an international celebrity blogger, I am much more well-known and popular than Clay Aiken. In fact, when people hear his name they immediately think of me. If anything, Clay Aiken needs to ride my coattails to popularity.
